Go to Start, Run or Windows Key + R to open the run box. Then type "ncpa.cpl" and press "OK"

Right-click on the interface through which you are connected to the Internet and click "Properties".

Click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and then click on the "Properties" button.

Click on the "Use the following DNS server addresses" radio button. Enter DNS Proxy IP address and click on the "OK" button.
